February 2008 - The last year brought an important increase in order intake and the new year 2008 - the centenary year - was started with success.
In 2007, the order intake in Germany, Europe and all over the world was increased by a double-digit percentage. The pleasant rising trend of the past years is continued. This year, the order intake from the bio-ethanol sector was particularly strong: an important larger order was awarded. Other orders were awarded from the chemical industry in which the company is specializing more and more in dedicated tasks in the treatment of industrial waste waters.
The order intake in January 2008 exceeds the budget so that the company can face up the centenary with confidence. Furthermore, managing director Dr. Christopher Braun announced that activities in both business sectors in which the company was so successful in 2007 would be increased. Also in the field of membrane systems the company in the meantime has gained more and more reference plants and will even increase its activities in the centenary. Here, there are more than ten different pilot plants in the company's research and development center.
