2009-04 GEA Wiegand were awarded the order for the delivery of a plant for the dealcoholization of wheat beer by Privaten Weissbierbrauerei G. Schneider & Sohn in Kelheim.
The investment was done in connection with the extension of the overall beer production in Kelheim. The plant is a 2-effect falling film evaporator which is particularly suited for this application.
Private Weissbierbrauerei G. Schneider & Sohn is very satisfied with the quality of the dealcoholized beer.
